This site is intended to provide guidance and help with common and some not-so-common problems faced by people developing with the freely available WordPress software which is found freshly baked daily at https://wordpress.org/latest.zip

While some of the things found here many apply to WordPress.com websites, most of these tutorials are geared towards people running Linux (Red Hat, Centos or Fedora) and having full root control over the server hosting the WordPress site(s). The tutorials or information are not limited to only specific Linux distros but can also be adapted to others depending on your level of knowledge and confidence with your distro.

If you find that something is wrong, producing errors or simply not here, send us a note and let us know what the issue is. We will consider making new tutorials that address common concerns, items of interest or complicated issues that require a systematic approach to solve.
